  • Preparing and filing federal and state tax returns via ProConnect.

  • Securing insurance quotes and policies through our authorized 3rd-party insurance providers.

  • Complying with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., IRS audits or state insurance filings).

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as permitted by law to:

  • Service Providers: ProConnect (tax processing) and authorized 3rd-party insurance carriers.

  • Government Agencies: The IRS and the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services.

  • Legal Requirements: To comply with a subpoena or court order.

4. DATA SECURITY

In accordance with IRS Publication 4557 and the FTC Safeguards Rule, we maintain a Written Information Security Plan (WISP). Security measures include:
